Nov20SWR has new CEO
SWR is delighted to announce the appointment of Giles Whiteley as Chief Executive. Giles has been Chief Operating Officer for the last 2 years, and in that time has opened 3 new depots for SWR , commissioned a cutting edge IT system that manages and reports on the services we deliver and has seen SWR attain ISO accreditations; all providing a strong platform on which the company can grow. In addition to our core customer base of motor dealers and accident repair centres, where we have historically specialized, SWR has developed services for other sectors and now has as customers, a number of large UK businesses with substantial waste requirements. Our aim is to reduce their waste bill by 20% by getting their recycling to over 75% and the SWR business is well set to consistently deliver on this.
SWR’s Chairman Angus MacDonald said ‘Giles’s promotion reflects the outstanding job he has done on creating such a strong operations area, we are optimistic that we will double our revenue in 2010 and Giles is the right person to deliver on that’
